All services are subject to the following terms and conditions INDEMNITY Anytime Digital Photography shall not be liable for any legal action, claim or damages resulting from or arising out of the publication of any images or other use by the client. The client shall indemnify Anytime Digital Photography against any claims or damages against them including reasonable counsel.
WEDDINGS AND PORTRAITSAll services are subject to the following terms and conditions. PRICE
Anytime Digital Photography reserves the right to make changes to pricing without prior notice. Regardless of any price changes the client will pay the price current at time of booking. Once the deposit has been received the price is fixed and can not be changed.DEPOSIT
A deposit of £25 on booking portraits and 25% on wedding packages, is required to confirm the booking. Dates are reserved only when this has been paid by cash, or cheque with cheque guarantee card to Anytime Digital Photography. The deposit is only refundable within the first 14 days of booking after which the deposit will not be refunded under ANY circumstances. THE DEPOSIT IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.FEES
The fees include all photography as stated in the package details, consultations, prints of all final images, a DVD movie and the CD of stills . Travel expenses apply outside of Cornwall only, and will be discussed on consultation.FORCE MAJEURE
In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, injury or sickness beyond Anytime Digital Photography's control, liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Your statutory rights will be unaffected. CANCELLATION
Should the wedding, or portrait be postponed, then, subject to Anytime Digital Photography being available, all monies will be applied to the new date. If Anytime Digital Photography has another wedding or portrait booked for that day then all apart from the deposit will be refunded. Anytime Digital Photography cannot be held responsible for delays or no coverage due to incorrect information, dates, times or changes that Anytime Digital photography have not been informed of. If Anytime Digital Photography has to cancel for reasons beyond our control, (death, illness, injury etc.) liability shall be limited to refund of all monies paid.PRIVACY
Anytime Digital Photography will store your details on an internal database, these details will NOT be given to any individuals outside Anytime Digital Photography. Should you wish to have your details removed from the database, please advise Anytime Digital Photography in writing. Occasionally information may be sent you about products and services from Anytime Digital Photography that may be of some interest to you.PACKAGE CONTENTS
Anytime Digital Photography reserves the right to change package details without notice. Contents may vary due to availability of specific print finishes, sizes and presentation items. Prints, DVD’s and other package items cannot be delivered by a specific date due to unreliability of postal services and suppliers’ services. It can take up to 3 weeks for print finishing and packaging. Replacement prints will only be supplied if the original prints are damaged during postage and the damaged prints are returned to Anytime Digital Photography. Under no circumstances will extra prints be supplied without payment. Anytime Digital Photography state two photographers on each package however this is at the discretion of Anytime Digital Photography and availability of a extra photographer.COPYRIGHT
All photo's are the property of Anytime Digital Photography. Images or script cannot be copied for personal or commercial use. Anytime Digital Photography's display photo's cannot be downloaded, copied or sold. Wedding CD's are for the purpose of ordering extra prints through Anytime Digital Photography. This is too insure photograph's are of the highest quality.YOUR RIGHTS If you do not want photographs that you appear in displayed on Anytime Digital Photography's website or advertisement flyers please contact Anytime Digital Photography immediately.
